Helium Circulating Cryogenic System Qcryo

The Helium Circulation Cryogenic System Qcryo is a new-generation, multifunctional, high-efficiency cryogenic solution. It effectively transforms a standard commercial 4K cryocooler into a high-quality cold source with significantly reduced vibration and lower temperatures.

The cooling power is transmitted via ultra-insulated flexible lines to various continuous-flow cryostats. Integrated with a gas handling system, Qcryo forms a closed-loop configuration that enables cooling of remote continuous-flow cryostats to below 2.5 K—without consuming liquid helium

(optional configurations achieve <1.8 K or even 1.3 K).

Qcryo can be combined with:

  • Sub-K cryostats to form a dry, ultra-low vibration sub-K system with base temperatures below 800 mK
  • Continuous-flow He-3 cryostats to achieve a dry, low-vibration continuous-flow He-3 system with base temperatures below 350 mK
  • Single-shot He-3 cryostats to realize a dry, low-vibration single-shot He-3 system with base temperatures below 280 mk

Ultra low vibration

Adopting patented cold head suspension damping technology, combined with multiple damping techniques and flexible transfer lines, the problem of large vibration in conventional refrigerators has been solved, which is particularly suitable for low-temperature experiments that are sensitive to vibration.

Super cooling capacity

The use of multiple pre-cooling techniques combined with a unique self-constant pressure gas treatment system is an ideal cold source for achieving low vibration and low temperature systems such as 2.5K, 1.8K, 1.3K, sub-K, 350mK, and 280mK, with faster cooling speed and better temperature stability.

Good compatibility

Not only can it be used as a cold source for various commercial low-temperature cryostats/ probe stations, but it can also be used as a cold source for magneto-optical cryogenic systems, low vibration sub-K cryostats, and low vibration He-3 cryostats.

Low usage cost

No consumption of liquid helium, greatly reducing operating costs.

High integration and space saving

Providing highly integrated cabinets without the need for large volume helium recovery airbags, greatly saving floor space.
