New Distribution of LIHAN Products

We are delighted to announce our newest Partner Lihan.

 

Lihan has developed a series of thermoacoustic cryocoolers (also known as “Pulse Tubes” or “Stirling Coolers”) capable of a cooling power range from 1W@77K to 500W@77K. LC’s products have been used in many kinds of applications including superconductivity device cooling, atmospheric pollution detection, nuclear instrumentation cooling and gas liquefaction,air separation etc.

We are delighted to announce our newest Partner Pride Cryogenic.

 

Pride Cryogenic is a technology oriented company concentrated on developing and manufacturing 

GM Cryocoolers and cryogenic engineering application devices. 

 

They offer a Cryocooler in the range from 0.25W / 1.0W / 1.2W / 1.5W up to 2W@4.2K . Helium Reliquefier and Recovery Systems based on GM Coolers are available up to 200 ltr/day.

New Distribution of Oxford Instruments LTO NanoScience Products

Cold Head with Built in Liquefying Circuit

This option gives the customers the ability to create liquid helium for their external helium circuit. Only available with our 2 stage PT cold heads, this built in liquefying circuit liquefies Helium and directs the liquid through a VCR fitting.  The helium gas enters the circuit through a fitting on the base plate. The helium is then precooled at the 1st stage heat exchanger then cooled again on the exterior of the 2nd stage regenerator tube. Lastly, the circuit directs the cooled helium to the 2nd stage heat exchanger where it condenses.

UHV Sleeve Option " Cryomech "

Cold head sleeves are available for both Gifford-McMahon and Pulse Tube cold heads. This sleeve gives the customer the ability to UHV bake or remove the cold head for maintenance without having to disassemble their cryostat. The UHV sleeve remains attached to customer equipment as the cold head interface and when necessary, the cold head is removed from the sleeve. This product has a low vibration option which reduces cold head vibrations.

Cryomech Enhanced Specifications for the PT410

 

Cryomech is constantly working to improve the products we offer to you.  We strive to innovate to meet our customers’ needs and provide unique solutions for their specific applications.

 

With that said, we are pleased to announce enhanced specifications for our PT410  Pulse Tube Cryorefrigerators:

  • PT410 (CPA289C) has been updated from 1.0W @ 4.2K with 35W @ 45K to 1.0W @ 4.2K with 40W @ 45K
  • PT410-RM (CPA289C) has been updated from 0.9W @ 4.2K with 31.5W @ 45K to 0.9W @ 4.2K with 36W @ 45K

 

We have also created a new capacity curve for our PT420 Cryorefrigerator.

The PT420 is the largest PTR available anywhere on the planet with a combined 1st and 2nd stage performance of 2.0W @ 4.2K with 55W @ 45K.

Cryomech Temperature Oscillation Damping Pot

 

A Temperature Oscillation Damping Pot can be added to any Cryomech two-stage pulse tube to increase temperature stability to +/-5mK. The compact and efficient design offers greatly decreased temperature fluctuations around 4.2K with minimal loss to your cooling capacity and base temperature.

In keeping with our relentless drive for continuous product improvement, Cryomech is proud to introduce the world’s largest 4K Pulse Tube Cryorefrigerator, the PT420. The PT420 has first and second stage capacities unmatched by any other product available.

  • Base Temperature 2.8K with no load
  • Compressor Package CPA1114 available as water cooled only
  • Power Consumption 12.5 kW//11.4 kW

Like all other Cryomech Pulse Tube Cryorefrigerators, the PT420 is available with remote motor option for vibration sensitive applications, has an extended MTBM compared to GM cryorefrigerators and is fully customizable for any application!
