The single-photon detection cryostat is mainly composed of a vacuum chamber, a compressor, a refrigerator, a sample stage, and a temperature control component. The chamber has 4 interfaces reserved for installing optical fiber or RF line feedthrough or KF connections. The lowest temperature of the refrigerator sample stage can reach 2.2K (no load), and the temperature control system can achieve precise temperature control at the mK level to ensure the normal operation of the single-photon detector.
